  Carista: I have an 86% spawnpoint outside my city Echo Base. If you need zoning rights, let me know, but it should be buildable there. :)

  Tarl: I've got a 73% spawn outskirts of Theed, still considered in the city, so no harvesters, but can drop hand smaplers. WP -5093 4833 if anyone is interested. Culsion Gas for gen 3&4 LS crafting.
